"We the cadets do not lie, cheat, steal nor tolerate among us those who do". It is  the Honor Code of the Academy and every cadet should internalize this. Here at the Academy, we are molded to become good leaders. Leaders that can be trusted and respected by everyone in the community. We are also the leaders with vision which is our foundation to make meaningful contribution to our society.

Promoting excellence as a way of life is a legacy which the cadets as future Public Safety Officer. We honor outstanding individuals for their commitment to pursue the highest standards in our profession as well as their personal lives. They serve as model of dedication, competence, integrity and professionalism.

AS leaders, we are considered as the principal instruments of law and order in our society. Here at the Academy, we are molded to heed this noble calling with dignity, pride and idealism.

If we live by the Honor Code, then we will become true public servants with credibility and integrity. We must be principled and dynamic leaders who can lead the people and operationalize plans.

We are the LEADERS of the Society.
